DIY jewelry workshops

Preparation for school competitions
3 days - 675 euros
Day 1: introduction to the world of jewelry: technology (recognition of tools, vocabulary, precious metals, alloys, hallmarks) and an overview of gemmology (precious and semi-precious stones, Mohs scale). Make your first straight and curved lines with a bocfil on a brass plane.
Day 2: basic techniques: reproduce a pattern, trace, saw, drill.
Day 3: continuation of basic techniques: shaping, filing, grinding. pliers work.
Bonus: wax initiation.
For all Maison Vanité workshops you leave with your 925 silver jewelry, the price of which is included. Only a supplement will be requested for vermeil (925 silver covered with 5 microns of 24-carat gold) and a quote established in advance for 18-carat gold (750 thousandths).
